Role of Vitamin B.complex in Nano

Each soft gel capsule of Nano contains the following vitamins from the Vitamin B complex group. 


Vitamin B1                           1mg
Vitamin B2                           1.5mg
Vitamin B3                           10mg
Vitamin B5                           5mg
Vitamin B6                           1mg
Vitamin B12                         1mcg

These are a group of water-soluble vitamins isolated from liver, yeast, and other sources. Nano is designed to make up for the nutritional deficiencies of these vitamins in people who have a low intake of the needed vitamins through food or other sources.
The B vitamins affect growth, stimulate appetite, lactation, and the gastrointestinal, neurological, and endocrine systems; aid in the prevention of marasmus; stimulate appetite; are important in the metabolism of carbohydrates, including sugar; and stimulate biliary action.

The B vitamins maintain the health of the nervous system as they play a pivotal role in the synthesis of the neurotransmitters.
They assist the conversion of carbohydrates into glucose, generating energy for carrying out various body functions.
They help to replenish lost intrinsic factor, which is of great value for blood normality. 
They are also known to lower the cholesterol levels and hence lowering the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

Deficiency of B vitamins may cause beriberi, pellagra, digestive disturbances, enlargement of the liver, disturbance of the thyroid, degeneration of sex glands, and disturbance of the nervous system. It also includes oedema; affects the heart, liver, spleen, and kidneys; enlarges the adrenals, and causes dysfunction of the pituitary and salivary glands.

Vitamin B1; also known as Thiamine:

It is present in the strength of approximately 1mg per each capsule. It is required for growth and nutrition and carbohydrate metabolism. The recommended daily allowance of Thiamine is approximately 1.5 mg for men and 1.1 mg for women.

Vitamin B2, also known as Riboflavin.

Vitamin B6; also known as Pyridoxine.

Vitamin B12; also known as Cyanocobalamin:
It is essential for the formation of the red blood cells. It's deficiency results in pernicious anemia. The recommended adult daily requirement is 2 microgram/day.
